Glenn's Gumbo

 * The Rotel/Red Gold is what gives it its 'kick', if you don't want it spicy use only one can or try the mild. Rotel Mexican Festival is hard to find, Kroger has it but in some stores it's in the Mexican foods section and in other stores its with the diced tomatoes.

Snack Apples:

Those packages of pre-sliced apples you can buy at store are great for a healthy snack on the go but the price can add up. Make your own by slicing apples, soak in cold water for 3-5 minutes, then soak in a lemon-lime carbonated soda (such as 7-up or sprite) for 3-5 minutes. Divide into snack size portions and store in Ziploc bags in the fridge. The lemon-lime soda will keep the apples from browning and make them last longer. LOVE THIS IDEA!

Glenn’s Tantalizing, Tasty and Terrific Tator Tot Tasserole:

I got this out of the Indianapolis Star and made some modifications to it.uncleSam

*The original recipe called for just the tator tots, using the whole bag. I’ve tried it with just tator tots and just hash browns and then half of each, which turned out to be my favorite texture and flavor wise. If you want to use all of both then double up on the meat. You could also increase the soup and cheese but I've only doubled the meat and it came out fine.
